SPRING IS FINALLY HERE, ONCE AGAIN! The temperature is gradually rising, the flowers are blooming gorgeously, and I can finally put away my coats for some time (I am not a winter person, so this is something that I am jubilant about)! The arrival of the spring season also comes the sense of joy and anticipation that is shared by people. Many hearts are uplifted when witnessing the renewal of life that springs forth from the cold of a harsh winter that has just passed. Spring is the time when flowers and plants bloom. It gives us a sense of hope and promise, and this immense act of nature symbolizes the revival of life.
“For lo, the winter is past, the rain is over and gone. The flowers appear on the earth; the time of singing has come, and the voice of the turtledove is heard in our land.”

As we grow as Christians, our walk with the Lord will look and feel different as we move from one spiritual season to the next. Staying connected to God in each season is imperative. This allows us to experience our best potential and growth and helps us produce the best fruits in our lives and in others.
I am super excited for what the summer awaits for me especially since my spring semester of college is about to come to an end *praise break*. Before going to class, I decided to take a small tour around Greenwich Village in NYC. The temperature reached a high of 85 degrees, and it was just wonderful! I decided that I go a bit casual but, of course, add a touch of girliness with my navy blue hat from Banana Republic. The shirtdress is also from Banana Republic. It's a good quality lightweight linen dress. Useful for work, school or for a nice brunch date during the day, and also the heat when you don't want anything too clingy.
